Part of the reason i wanted to live in or near a large city is because in Birmingham we had to drive at least 2 hours to Atlanta or 3.5 to Nashville to see a good show.  And that always bothered me.  I always said i wanted to be in a city that the bands and artists i like would come to…and Portland is.

Tonight (or thursday depending on your time zone) we went to see Tegan and Sara. If you have ever seen a list of my favourite bands Tegan and Sara are probably the first one i will list. I love them! And it helps that they are Canadian…and also from my hometown of Calgary. So seeing them gives me warm fuzzies in my heart cause they are from my city…something good and fun from the hometown. always nice. oh, and we had 4th row seats off to the left. Cant complain!

but anyways… i took some pictures and here they are…

Hey guys. I would love if you helped a friend of mine out. She is awesome and her name is Mallory and i love her…and she is engaged to a great guy named Eric.

Sunday night Chad and I stayed with Chance while Jenni and Brian were at the hospital with their other son Paxton.

during dessert Chad decided that he should teach Chance spanish…and this is what we got.

so tonight as i was searching my brain for something to share with y’all and starting several topics that i couldnt finish writing about i went on my weekly gallivant throughout the internet to the things that inspire me…

this blog is my favourite right now. it is called Moleskinerie: Legends and Stories. it is all things Moleskine. And as many of you know i have used Moleskine for years…since i was 16, so 8 years to be exact. i love my Moleskine…and i love them. they have documented my life…the ups and downs for 8 years.
