spontaneous.
as i sit at starbucks this morning reading i see 3 children sitting in front of me.
2 girls and 1 boy.
the boy is pretending to play the piano parts in the song playing in the store and the girls are tap dancing.
spontaneously the girls begin to dance together and one little girl grabs the hand of the boy and the begin to dance.
totally spontaneous. they are free. they dont care what others are saying or thinking…they want to dance. so they do.
I desire that freedom. life is so simple when you are not consumed with the thoughts of others….when you can be spontaneous…and no one cares.
the joy in their eyes was inspiring. reminding me to be childlike.
when is the last time you have done something like that? and not cared what people around you thought?
That's so fun! I believe spontaneous dancing is the best and most-inspired kind of dancing! :)
it was so fun. it made my heart smile. its the little things in the holidays.
The last time I did something like that…. hmmmm… It's interesting, because at 40 years old, I'm more likely to do something like that without a care – because I've learned to not care…but now I have to worry about not embarrassing my middle school child!!!
