Q and A
We spent the last weekend in New Orleans…and ya’ll…it is HOTTTTTTT!!!! I could never live there in the spring or summer…but Cafe du Monde and great food made the heat bearable. But onto today…or whatever…..
I have realized that i have not done this in a while and i have some new peeps clicking in from time to time…So i would love to take a day and answer any questions you have.
Nothing is off limits…if i dont want to answer publicly i will email you a response, but i will answer each question.

did you wash your hair while you were out there in the hot hot sun?
In New Orleans? Lord yes!!! I took 2 showers a day! It was nasty hot!
Do you feel you have the freedom to question why others do what they do without being labled contreversial, rebelious, etc.?
Honestly, no. I feel like question motives as being offensive…but for me it helps me learn more about people and things. But sadly, because the response given when I question I now tend to not quesion.
Personally I don't think questions are bad. I feel like you are blindly following if you don't ask questions.
But that's just me.
I have seen it written before that if all of us are thinking the same, then one of us isn't thinking for themselves.
And that is a very true statement. I think that questioniNgishealthy…soI will continue to question and challengethesystem.

What's a Canadian girl doing in Bama? Do you plan on staying in the US?
Well that's a good question. My family transfered us from Calgary to Nashville and then to Colorado Springs and then I moved to Bama to intern at Church of the Highlands. I met Chad and have been here for 5 years now. I am happy in the US but who knows if we will stay here. Probably because of Chad. And none of my immediate family live in Canada.
Make sense?
Makes perfect sense! None of my immediate family live in the US but I moved here for a position at a Christian college in Northern California. Was introduced to Greg through his neice, who was a student at the time and we got married in '01 when I moved to Medford, OR. So that makes lots of sense. :D
We lived in New Orleans for 6 wonderful years from '85-'91. I worked in audio/lighting at New Orleans Convention Center. I can remember working on shows in February and sweating like it was August!
But if I could magically go back to pre-Katrina New Orleans, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
