		<description>Thank you so much for the encouragement.  Sometimes it is hard being on staff and admitting that i have issues and have to deal with them too.  It is a mental game to play....because being on staff doesnt mean i have to be perfect.  it means that i have to face my junk and live in the light.  Thank you my friend.   </description>

		<description>Wow I am amazed at how God ties things together.  Best move I ever made was facing the crap and allowing God to teach me to live in the light.  Now in small group we are all doing the same.  I am thankful for a church family that gives us freedom to deal with the issues.
